The Palm Bar & Grille

Had the calamari appetizer . The size was enormous, so be sure to share or come hungry so you can finish the meal. The staff is very attentive and nice. You can sense they are a really good team.

Overpriced and then when considering the food quality which is middle of the road - not at all what you would expect from the high end brand - then I strongly suggest not wasting the time or money.

Don't be tempted to order steak . Remember where you are at. It is a dine & go establishment. Stick with the burgers (medium rare) and special salads .

The staff was very attentive and considered. I had a burger and thought it tasted quite delicious. The portions are huge. If you are to board, keep that in mind.

Do not order a Flaming Porcupine & expect to order anything else! The staff here hate setting animals on fire & despise the fact it's even on the menu.The good news: it's absolutely delicious. Bravo!

Polite waiters , cool jazz , perfect Bone-In Rib-Eye Steak , Spinach and Hand Cut French Fries . A perfect way to begin or end a trip.

Decent wine list . Suggest adding a rose and balsamic dressing . Love that it is here- international terminal 4

One of the best airport restaurants I've been too. The veggies are super fresh and not drowning in dressing . Nicely garnished with scallions .

Against all expectations, "Second Avenue Burger " was very very good (even though it came medium/well done when ordered rare), service was pretty ok as well

Tons of outlets at the bar to boost power before a long flight. Food and service bad but if you are just there to drink then by all means....

The burgers are expensive but well worth it. Tasty and huge. Order them medium-rare so you can actually taste the meat instead of char.

Bozzi burger med-rare, fries and crab cake were great. Had time to kill before an international flight. Service was exceptional for the airport !!

This is a nice spot for a cold drink and a hot meal, American style .

The JFK location of the famed and ancient Manhattan steakhouse opened in early 2010.

I had mixed greens with sliced steak . One word, “Divine”.

Average food, the Cobb salad was uninspiring and the lettuce far from fresh, think the waiting staff realise this as no one asked how the food was..... On the bright side the beer was good!

Crab cakes are nicely prepared with lots of fresh crab meat.

There are a bunch of "must plug" outlets under the bar seats . You'll be raving for months.

Everything is good. Get whatever you want!

The Bozzi Burger is one of the great burgers in the world. Clearly the best burger in any airport .

Has a nice bar with TVs to help pass the time when waiting for a flight.

Bad service. Mediocre food. Sadly, this is the only sit-down place at Terminal 4. There is no incentive to improve the restaurant , which means nothing will change until a new place comes around.

If u need to recharge ur electronics , sit at the bar , there are tons of plugs stripped underneath

Watch out for those side vegetables -- 10 bucks is highway robbery

Awful service. Gave up after 45 minutes with no food. Left some money on the bar , no one would come and take it or give me change. I travel out of JFK once per week and avoid The Palm at all costs.
