If you're wondering why there's a huge parade of cyclists @ the fountain around the last Friday of every month, it's "Critical mASs". Not exactly putting a positive spin in cycling in SD &other cities
Don't swim in it! Actually this isn't a recommendation so maybe swimming in it would be fun, this is more of like a suggestion because you would get wet!
