Awesome hotel . Buying gold Ambassador status is a no brainer. Historic tower has better rooms and the staff are great. Parking is pricy though so go down the block to save $20+ per night.

This amazing hotel offers a free audio walking tour . Stop at the concierge desk and leave an ID and credit card to take the tour . Absolutely beautiful!

When in Chicago, I would never stay anywhere else. Wifi is expensive , but free at Starbucks and MJ's steakhouse . The pool is amazing. Even if you don't swim , go check it out. Excellent location!

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and fancy , charming rooms, such as King Arthur's Court and Camelot.

Great pool, friendly staff , great location! Our first night the concierge said to look around for a spot to eat our take-out pizza and we found a great spot just passed Michael Jordan 's.

Landed in a blizzard, spent 2 hrs on runway at O'hare. 10 min after stepping off plane was traveling to hotel with professional driver from Echo Limousine, $60 for 3 people seems very reasonable!

Make sure to view the swimming pool , even if just to have a look. 1930's era glamor and beauty.

The pool is not the same as the "famous pool from that one old movie !" I was admiring and asked the hotel manager who let me down nicely: "Yeah, everyone thinks that, but this pool wasn't in it."

In the pool, paddle your feet like crazy, but try to stay still and calm . Then say "I'm like a duck calm on top but my legs are going crazy! !"

Try ENO next door for Vino paired with great cheeses and chocolates . We make it a point to go every time we're in town

Very nice hotel but it would have been nice if they had told us the pool was closed! Said the city won't let them put that on their website but I came here FOR the pool! Very unhappy!!!

Pool is beautiful. We stayed in the main building. At the time the room was in need of minor maintenance-peeling wallpaper, peeling and molding caulking in the bathroom . Glad we used points...

Great location. Stayed in the historic tower - king bed room is pretty big for a downtown hotel . Didn't care that the pool was closed.

Well used t o having internet that I don't have to pay for. They are trying to charge me for an extra night I did not book . Rooms are average. Smallest TV I have seen in years. Rate them one star.

The staff is always so helpful and friendly .

$11 a day or $16 your whole stay well worth it lots or cardio and weight equipment and not very busy

They sure do treat you like royalty here!!! Upgraded to a suite AND sent up a special gift for my daughter for her bday. What a treat!

The pool is 25 meters long. Perfect for lap swimming . Upgrade to the Historic tower we worth it

Durring an event you have to sneak into a bathroom or youll be told you cant use it. Douchy, beautiful hotel though

For what I heard was a fancy hotel Has been a complete let down. Rooms small. Wallpaper is falling off. The carpets been patched together. Bathroom is like a public stall. I'm not coming back.
