Maxim's is always solid. The food here is among the better dim sum places around, but small charges on everything (tea , extra sauce, etc) so be aware. Food is very good though not cheap
Great spot for last minute dim sum , but it's EXPENSIVE! Watch you're ordering and don't be surprised. Dim Sum is decent, better than most airport food .
Very average Maxims restaurant . Prices are above what you'd pay in a normal Maxims. Food is just ok. They like to throw in a whole host of extra charges. Sadly there's not much choice @ the airport .
Have to say that the dim sum here was way better than even the best places in SF
The turnip pudding is big like a pizza ???? for only $68 , taste good also !
Service was SUPER SLOW! Waited a good 25 minutes for a menu. Had my tableware was almost thrown down on the table at me. Very rough service. Food fortunately was good. Typical airport prices.
For me the best order is " Pork Cartilage with ramen in soup " ???????? ????????
Everything is good here
It's ok... the restaurant smells a little, but if you want dim sum before you leave, perfect.
She gave me the ticket and then turned around and started assembling other orders. Wait I said, how much did I gave you? Without missing a beat, she opened up the till and threw me the $10 bill.
Worst Maxim's ever!!! My wontons were all open like wet and wrinkly laundry,! Shrimp eggs were over cooked to completely white, n shrimps was dried like rubber! Terrible!
Pricey , average food, rude staff , please never spend your money here. I have no idea why so many people recommended this place on the airport foursquare page. I'd eat at McDonald's instead seriously.
best thing I've eaten at an airport
Terrible service. Ordered two dishes and rice . One dish came. They forgot the other. After prompting, second dish came 10 min later. They forgot the rice . Rice never came even after asking twice more.
The roasted goose is a must try menu here
What you see is not what you get. Photos are for reference only.
There pecking duck ia so yummy!
Not as good as it used to be. Food quality is about the same compare to Chao at T2(also under Maxim). The different is you pay double here.
Something to eat before departure.
Dim sum of course!
I don't understand why most staffs here refuse to speak neither Mandarin nor English. It's the freaking airport , if not liking it, get another job somewhere else. Stupid. Good job, only Miss "Billy".
Food was ok, but service was slow, prepare enough time for your meal.
Ordered a beef brisket noofle soup . Price was $32.. Gave the counter girl $42. Two 20's and a $2 coin. ..to cont. ...
The prices here at the airport are surprising not higher than that in city centre! Yeah! ;-)
Try the BBQ Pork and Roast Pork Rice
All WIFI here great chinese cuisine
Disappointing service, difficult to get streamed rice , but they like to add unknown "snacks " to the bill...
It is one of the popular places for a meal.
Too expensive for not so good food. Found a larvae in my garlic bok choy . Disgusting! Bbq pork tasted ok though... Still, bug in the food!!!! EEEEWWWW
Fried fish is love.
Though is a little too salty n oily, but the ginger onion dipping is nice

Bad service.. wait long time ..others customer who are late also start eating
Not as good as it used to be.
Broken hearted...After more than 10 years, The taste isnt like it used to be. Sucks, bad services. i won't come and eat here anymore. Bye2 T. T
Expensive dim sum , less than average service..
Looks fancy but the service is disappointing and the rice is slow... :-/
there are a lot of scattered goose bones. taste sucks!
Probably the worst food and most overpriced of all Maxim's dimsum restos in HK, as one would expect dining at the airport .
Poor service and mediocre food.
Free WiFi whole airport !
Very disappointing.. The foods are below my expectation and too pricey in comparison to what I had in town .
Had better but had worse dimsum , for AirPort ok
Too oily,bad food taste
아...차라리 딴데 가시죠;;
いいお値段しますが、炒飯 がとても美味しかったです。
炒飯 がとても美味しいです。お値段は全体的にちょっと高め。
สุดยอดหมูแดง...อย่อยๆ:-P
牛帕葉is good! Do not order porridge! Is huge potion and taste so so only
