This place is amazing! Been eating here for years. The menu has changed and has lots of new choices. For dessert make sure to try the frozen vanilla custard
Booked in advance using " Open Table" program. Got good-view window seat without waiting. Satisfied with Crab chowder / freshly baked sour dough bread , Mushroom soup . Best dish is Garlic crab+mussels.
Seafood of course and view of the bay ! My daughters favorite is the double shrimp and crab !
Very cool views ! Decent service and plates with a very good service ! Seafood Fettuccine is a bit spicy but delicious!
Had Oysters and a bottle of 2011 Schramsberg Brut - great! Loved the vanilla sundae with olive oil and sea salt , too. Friendly service . Would definitely return!
Great Food!! VERY fair price , try any of the crostini bar "tapas " or the calamari fritti, They are worth it! Good view of the bay And very attencious Service.
The yellow tail carpaccio was awesome. Ordered the seafood pasta took for ever to come out, came out dry like it just sat before coming out. For the being rated the best not sure I'm coming back here.
I can say that the appetizer crab fondue was absolutely amazing. But there was a hair in my chicken Caesar salad . They were very good about it but not a super appetizing thing to find at dinner .
I had the crab enchiladas during our last trip to SF and they were VERY good! Great view , fine service and excellent food on our last visit!
The mussels and shrimps were fantastic !!! My waiter Eduardo was amazing .. He showed me what professionalism should be like in today's world !!!!
Crabs are fantastic! Magnificent view of San Francisco's Skyline and the Bay-Granchio fantastico! Strepitosa vista dello skyline di S.F. e della Baia.
The place to go for a crab in Fisherman's Wharf. The view is a nice plus. They even provide binoculars to inspect the Alcatraz island pretty close.
Great view , wonderful food, and good service ! As dessert , try the strawberry and banana sundae (photo)! It's just awesome!!
one combo plus a salad is enough for two European stomachs. And it's delicious! (We also shared some calamari fritti among three people which was also nice :-) ).
Crab spinach fondue , something unique and amazing you should try no matter what! It’s a MUST! Great place
The free wifi is fast! The oysters are pretty good as is the drafted trumer. The service is super fast and extremely friendly . It's not the cheapest please but not pricy either. Go for the whole crap!
Visiting Fisherman's Wharf & want seafood ? Try a fish or shrimp sandwich @ The Franciscan. Take it from a local; best fish sandwich @ the Wharf. Damn good eatin'.
If you go here you'll be treated to real prosciutto , excellent seafood and a spectacular view of San Francisco Bay
Top notch seafood location near pier 39. Excellent food and great views . Little on the expensive side
Do not miss the iron skillet woth mussels , shrimp and crab . Its a must
The location is great but the food is over-priced. I did like the unique take on shrimp and chips where the "chips " were roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes .
Nice place. Good food and service. Crab cakes are the best!
The ice cream sundae= C- I’m a local who popped in because I love frozen custard . I’m being generous w the C-.
Friendly staff , a lovely, detailed menu with quick service .. What more could you ask for?!
Clam Soup delicious in a beautiful wharf spot!
Try the skillet combo and a clam chowder...u wont regret it
We ordered the lots of crab , and growing up in the Pacific Northwest we were excited for fresh crab . The crab was not fresh, but had been frozen....and over cooked. The chowder tasted canned.
such great food & wonderful views , but such cheezy 90's vibes (ie the fish themed utinsels, weird glass plates, terrible music , and overall decor)--someone revamp this place!! the menu's awesome!
The crab cakes are delicious! Don't miss on dessert , the chocolate sundae is fantastic.
This is the very best place to enjoy clam chowder in a sourdough bowl on the wharf in San Francisco
Try the fish&chips. The fries is perfectly seasoned with sea salt . Tastes better with ketchup .
-View . Great crabs ,clam showder and oysters
Crab day! We going to crab it out.
Dungeness crab skillet pairs with Pinot Gris ...what a meal!
Crab chowder and a view of Alcatraz.....and a glass of Nappa Valley vino of course
The skillet combo was amazing. The food is delivered so fast and everything is delicious.
Fish n chips , fishwiches, and calamari great and affortable price;-)
Great 1950's vintage vibe and awesome food. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
The chicken fettuccine with added crab is delicious
a great place to enjoy local seafoods , local friends n local scenery out there in the ocean :D
Traditional Fisherman's Wharf restaurant - its been there forever and never disappoints!
Bread isn’t always warm, prices are insane but you’re paying for the view . Great service.
Don't believe the hype. The food here is great. Get the whole crab . Drinks are expensive but strong. A little pricey but expected on the water
The monterosa wild strawberry cheesecake is great!
The crab Alfredo has a nice sauce, it isn't too heavy, and there is crab meat all throughout the pasta .
Fresh seafood ! Handmade pasta is great too.
Took half an hour and speaking to both the bus boy and manager before the waitress came to our table. Waitress apologized and gave us a free dessert which included a half melted scoop of ice cream .
Try the crab enchiladas
Food is average but the view is awesome. I recommend the clam chowder .

The crab. Baked. With garlic and butter. Worth every delicious cent! - Will B.
The sundaes are huge. Share with a friend or two! - Mike Martin
Such a fun, unique SF experience. So many great machines, but the Addams Family game made me smile a lot. - Jenny Mackintosh
