Awesome fresh food . Good prices and excellent quality. My go to place for airport meals (where available).

Good luck if you can a seat nearby. So upon paying, don't tell them you will eat this "sit in" because there is a sit in surcharge. Order "take out ", find another quieter/spacious spot and save money!

I always look forward to leaving this airport because of this convenient Pret location. I would pick up a sandwich here and eat it happily on the plane .

What can you say... Fresh food , no additives, friendly service . Buy take out to avoid VAT

Huge but usually crowded open space at the airport , however managed quite well with multiple registers and fast service . Surprisingly attractive prices for an airport place & decent quality.

Well ... let's call it a sandwich . Grab one and have a seat, but try to avoid one of the tables near the AC if you don't want to be freezed to death.

If you really want something from Pret, and it’s busy here, then there’s another outlet by gate A3 that’s a lot quieter

On the backside wall (behind the sandwich fridges ) there are multi charging plugs. If you’ve forgotten your plug, you don’t need it, use USB

The Pret beside A3 can be much quicker than the one in the main hall. And there is much more free seating in and around.

Their bloody menu never changes. Day in day out the same soup and the same sandwiches

It's what you would expect from a Pret A Manger restaurant , I like the food. However there's rude customers who will cut queues to get in front of you and those who work there don't care about it.

Very fast attention, very nice food at a very good price for London.

Since British Airways like starving its passengers, you may need to come here to get some food!

5 Berry yogurt is awesome, the coffee is better than starbucks, the line is always shorter too.

Bacon sandwich needs more bacon and could lose the cheese . Orange juice is great.

Fast and efficient service and coffee was strong and hot. No complaints.

The downside is that they don't have seatings :( so you'd have to eat in the waiting areas

The staff were unable to tell me what goes into their soups . Not very helpful for those with food allergies or intolerances.

Fairly quicker than Starbucks and not a huge difference. If you're not a Starbucks fanboy, pick this one instead.

The filter coffee is really not that bad and it is cheap !

The queues are awful at busy times... Not helped by people who don't know how to queue!

The “freshly squeezed” OJ in a sealed bottle, isn't all that. I've had better.

Really cheeky to charge to sit in. Where are you supposed to "sit in"?

Terrible slow service. Not up to usual pret standards. Avoid, especially if in a rush.
