The service is occasionally bad, and it's overpriced, but it's very nice and well priced during happy hour from 3-6 if you get a spot outside overlooking the waterfront .

On sunny days come here. They have outdoor seating which is blocked from the wind. Stick to the lighter fare (seafood , salad etc).

Ask for the "pisco punch ," it's the best cocktail I've ever tasted, and you won't find it on the menu.
