Great cuts from willow ice and love. Ignore zip or zap or whatever-he was distracted and gave a bad cut. Also if you do a walk-in they always try to charge appointment price.

Great place for a quick trim, pretty cheap $50. Loved the atmosphere. Checkin for a free shampoo or conditioner after your cut!
