Best degustation menu we have tried! Booked 2 mths ahead for anniversary on a fri nite. At least 5yrs ago, not sure how long waiting list & price is now. Allow 3-4hrs to enjoy the meal. Great service!
An institution! Goes without saying that the food is exceptional but what really stood out was the superb service! A class above any other degustation I've had in Sydney yet.

Slightly disappointed with the degustation , the price is probably not that worth it when compared to other restaurants such as Quay, but heavenly ocean trout !!!

Book a table for 2-4 way in advance as they get full really quickly, private rooms for 6-12 are much easier though.
GOOD: fish courses! Amazing! BAD: dark meats. I think they try to get you drunk so you don't notice it is good, but not upto standard. OVERALL: value for money ? Yeah. But just.
Try the (supplementary) oysters , $9/head for two. Very nice.
