Signature Row is a really fun and awesome full body workout ! Spend some time on the rower , then squats with weights and plenty of planks and push ups. Repeat. Serious core workout the entire time.
Great workout! Grab a heavy and medium set of weights and push yourself. Pay attention to your form. It's a hard core workout with full body added on. Bring a water bottle. You. Will. Sweat.

15th floor - Best row class in the city . Take the morning class to work out while the sun rises. There are cubbies inside the row room for your stuff.

Fun, you sweat, and it's over before you know it! Nice class size. Only thing that will make this place better is changing rooms.

In a building studio..class is rowing and conditioning so you don't spend a lot of time rowing as you like. Friendly instructor . No real locker room , bathroom in hall way
