Starbucks Union Square is a good source for VIA microground/instant coffee . Now sold out until maybe Thursday (10/24/19) a barista says.

Let the Pike Place Roast, roast, in the aluminum vat for 12 hours a day. Order yourself a Blonde Roast , or Caffe Verona . They simply taste better.
