The uni toast is an amazing deal and also delicious. I really enjoyed the beef mazeman as well , just be sure to get a poached egg with it!

Cole Kennedy

The hype around the steak mazémen is extremely real. Same goes for the umami kombu fries , which are like McDonald’s fries studied abroad and got a prestigious degree somewhere.

Marco Gomes

Steak mazemen , imho top 3 ramens in NYC. tasty, juicy, rich, with a colorful fruity aftertaste. expensive though.

Lily

NYT * (4/2019): "Avocado crunch; yuzu scallop crudo ; umami kombu fries ; steak mazemen ; Russ & Roe mazemen . When available, the duck mazemen and foie gras dipping sauce are worthwhile."

Kim Pham

The Russ & Roe is a fish umami bomb, not for the fainthearted!

Jaime M

Really glad I ignored the low rating, the mazemen was phenomenal. Go to Kings County Imperial next door for a drink while you wait.

Pedro Sepulveda

Amazing food! I’ve tried all of them and you cannot go wrong! Plus the season specials are awesome

Heidi

Come early! 6 pm Th/F is too late. Beef was tender in the beef mazemen . Tomato and egg mazemen was extremely flavorful. Didn’t like the cold toppings and no broth to warm them up ????. Skip uni toast .

Alex Robertson

Fries and mazemen both disappointing. Maybe I should pay more attention to sub-8.0 foursquare scores
