The tsukemen is delicious with great flavors, it is worth the long line outside.
Go ~2p or later for a 5-10m wait. Order (from your phone) the spicy tsukemen with an egg - the chili paste comes on the side anyway! May need to order extra broth next time. No take home allowed.
I waited 2 hours and it was 100% worth it. Portions were perfect I left in such a happy space. Pro tip go alone you’ll be seated faster than with a group
"The only Michelin rated Tsukemen Ramen restaurant in the world"
Great spot in LES for tsukemen . Long lines can be avoided if you go on a weekday evening
Delicious. Easy. It's extra work with the cold noodles but they are extra delicious too.
