It was amazing! Wonderful park , plenty of places to lay out your blanket. Loved the fireworks display . I hadn't ever seen some of those types of fireworks . A magical night!
NY Philharmonic + fireworks = good times. As of 2014 it starts @ 8pm, but you want to get there at least an hour early to get a good spot. Bring a blanket and have a picnic !
Security will overlook wine and beer at these events . Enjoy!
Beware of low fireworks ! The right side of the stage boasts less kids.
Get there early and bring snacks
Beach chairs are the perfect height. Supportive but not obtrusive.
