Japanese restaurant that specializes in お茶漬け (ochazuke/ochaduke), i.e. pouring tea over rice . Lunch sets are reasonable. Staffs shout loudly to greet you, like in Japan, but it can be a little much.

the ambience is very Japanese, however I think the serving is too little for $15~.
