Reasonable price. Clean and quite spacious room . Ample parking spaces and free for hotel guests . Love the location as within town itself. Seen improvements in breakfast offered.

Reasonable price. A nice and neat room. Delicious breakfast . Wifi connection is slow and the bathroom door is a little bit difficult to open and close. So far this hotel is good.

If you are given room #313, ask for a bigger room. Coz this room is small, even with the connecting room for family suite.

Can be a bit noisy . I stayed on the 2nd floor and right above me there was banging sound early in the morning.

Room price and room itself is good. Wifi password is svh88, but speed usually is crapy at night. Some rooms no window so u might not be aware it's time to wake up.

Where do I start? 1) Online booking only said to come through after 3 days. So, don't. 2) no towels if you check in at 2pm3) rude cleaners, rude receptionist , rude supervisor.

Housekeeping not efficient. Well past 2pm and our room is not ready yet. After a 4-hr drive, this is so disappointing. Front desk is indifferent and unapologetic at all. Service needs improvement!

Pening nak cari Patin Tempoyak paling sedap di Kuantan? Koang gi je sebelah hotel ni . Restoran Akob Ikan Patin. Serius patin tempoyak paling sedap di Kuantan.

Mintak klua pukul 2 pm sampai gaduh gaduh. Siap nak suruh cleaner main masuk je bilik kitorg. Husband kene cakap 'you jangan kurang ajar dengan i'. Barula dapat checkout lambat. Ni last la duduk sini.

Check in pukul 2 pm. Check out 12 pm. Tp semalam service slow dapat bilik pukul 4 pm. Lepas tu hari ni nak suruh checkout pukul 12 plak. Ko punya management teruk kitorg dr 2.30 tunggu bilik .
