My family and I loved the accommodation, the service and everything worked fine. We did not have any trouble to access wi-fi and and all related services and apps!
It was a good hotel with friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Great location nearby the Termini station but be careful at night walking around that area.

Wifi doesn't work properly. Instagram doesn't refresh. And whatsapp won't work at iDevice.

make sure you bring your camera to any meal you eat on the roof. climb the spiral staircase for great views of sunrise and sunset. - Emily
