Some rooms are kitsch but they’re in refurnishment. Central and very nice terrace on the roof for eating or breakfast .
The reception staff are happy to call any tour companies you are with if you need to know when or where to get picked up, things like that.
make sure you bring your camera to any meal you eat on the roof. climb the spiral staircase for great views of sunrise and sunset .

Floors are like a maze. Rooms smells cooking. 01:00-02:00 am very noisy . But hotel stuff is happy, at roof very nice city view .
The staff is pretty unfriendly and doesn't explain anything checking in guests so it's up to you if you want to know where the breakfast is. It's noisy in the early morning :(

これで本当に四つ星なのでしょうか。チェックインの時にカウンターで担当の人からグラッパ 臭がして、先ず違和感。サービスも特に良いところは何もなく、部屋は薄暗く窓の外は違う部屋の窓が丸見え。タオルは酸っぱい匂いで気分が悪くなりました。お風呂 は狭く、支払時、内訳を聞いても納得のいく説明もなく横柄な態度で最悪な印象しか残りませんでした。とても残念です。

My second unexpected tip to Rome, didn't make any reservations, got the junior suite with a little discount. Staff is helpful as are the drivers. Junior suites got two floors and a huge balcony. Comfy - Anton Lutsenko
