The new permanent exhibition of the Byzantine and Christian Museum offers the visitor a unique opportunity to discover through art aspects of the Byzantine and modern Greek culture (3rd - 20th c.).

A more interesting than you might think at first museum in a nice establishment with garden view . Very central, ideal even for a coffee break.

If you are interested in relics and religious artefacts from different periods of the Greek history (dating from Byzantine Empire to Christian and Medieval times) this museum is not to miss!

Very good collection.The wall paintings and the orthodox pictures, especially the exhibits affected by the Venetian occupation are of great interest. Don't forget the garden .

Interesting small museum but the underground explains the bizantine history of Greece to the 1900.

Except the permanent collection, visit the "Books of Teriade" exhibition , until first days of 2014!!! Really unexpectedly amazing!!!

Worth visiting, but can’t help feeling depressed after seeing how the great ancient Greece came to an end.

Η έκθεση Βιβλία Καλλιτεχνών της Συλλογής Tériade (έργα των Picasso , Matisse , Leger, Chagall, Le Corbusier, Giacometti, Miró, Rouault, Bonnard, Laurence, Gris, Gromaire) πήρε παράταση μέχρι 12/1/2014.

Εξαιρετικό και μεγάλο μουσείο. Εξαιρετική δουλειά στον τρόπο παρουσίασης των εκθεμάτων. Εξαιρετικός περβάλλον χώρος. Εκτίθενται 4.000 εκθέματα και υπάρχουν άλλα 400.000 ευρήματα. Είσοδος 4€ το άτομο.

Επισκεφθείτε, πέρα από την εντυπωσιακή μόνιμη συλλογή, την έκθεση για τον μυτιληνιό τεχνοκριτικό Στρατή Ελευθεριάδη Tèriade !!! Είναι μαγευτικά όμορφη!!! Ως αρχές 2014 !!!

Μουσειο κοσμημα με μοναδικες συλλογες σε ενα δυσκολο για το ευρυ κοινο θεμα και ενα υπεροχο κηπο που δινει γευση απο τη χαμενη αγαπημενη Αθηνα

Πολύ ενδιαφέρον μουσείο με εξαιρετική διάταξη για εύκολη περιήγηση. Πανέμορφος εξωτερικός χώρος και καφέ-εστιατόριο στην πίσω αυλή.

Πανέμορφο κτίριο, σπίτι της Δούκισσας της Πλακεντίας, φιλοξενεί υπέροχες εκθέσεις κατά καιρούς!

Πολύ καλό, ανακαινισμένο! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτεί κανείς! Και το Caffè πολύ ωραίο!!!
