Good pub , plenty of room inside and out, staff know what they're on about and the cask ale is good.
Good range of drinks, with some very cheap . The food menu seems to have been trimmed down and simplified, but some favourites remain. Nice to sit out and watch life go by.
Good selection of cask beer . And it's cheap . Handy for a cheeky one before the train or as a meeting place
It’s a Wetherspoons. In the train station and a little dearer than some of their other establishments.
Steady innit. Good for a cheap ale and people watching .
Nice food and even nicer staff . Gave me a free drink when food was delayed even though I hadn't even noticed let alone complained.
The usual Weatherspoon dump ! Free loo is the best thing about the place !
Avoid paying to use The Train Stations toilets and nip in2 Weatherspoons and use theirs for FREE!WOO-HOO...

At the very far left end of the station. Chilly but well sheltered. Can get busy due to proximity of escalator. - Leanne
