Clean and comfortable , views of the park are superb. Recommend getting a room on the higher floor for a better view . Only negative was we had a problem getting the air conditioner to work.

Outdated gloomy rooms.More of a motel than a 4*+ hotel . Best part is the excellent efficient friendly staff .Theor breakfast also is heaven for healthy food concious people , variety and quality&price

Surprising design inside a hotel with such a name. If you like High Tech, you'll love it.

We enjoyed our stay here for Easter, however the air conditioning doesn't work until May, so the room was pretty warm...

Room 501 had awful AC , but they moved us to other rooms.

Espectacular! Perfecto para viajeros que le gusta el diseño y a 3 calles de la Puerta de Alcalá y frente al parque Retiro . Estás a 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Disfrútalo con desayuno .

Regalamos Desayuno Buffet durante este fin de semana. Un desayuno por check-in y persona. Enseña al recepcionista tu reserva confirmada, tu check-in y al día siguiente, desayuna GRATIS !

Bonito y muy situado. Pide tu pack romántico y tendrás late check out.

La ducha tiene dos grifos. El de arriba es para seleccionar la salida del agua y el de abajo para regular temperatura. Importante no confundir :-)

Noche de luna de miel . Habitacion pasable y mueble bar normalito. Dejaron de cortesia una botella de cava caliente y con hielo derretido
