Ranked as one of the best bars in the world and for good reason too. It's just perfect. Their originals are interesting and classics are mixed flawlessly.
This historic icon opens a new chapter this year with a innovative UK landmark-themed menu, inspired by the Garden of England (Kent), Art Deco London and more - try the Scotch based Arthur’s Seat
Cocktails were excellent, but they’re £20+ each, AND the decor and atmosphere feel like a weird business class lounge in a regional 1980s British Rail station . Go for 1
Open for over a century, The American Bar was one of the first "American-style" cocktail bars in London and was once home to legendary bartender Harry Craddock, author of The Savoy Cocktail Book .
Order an Aviation, a criminally underrated American classic first introduced to Europe at this very bar , on a lazy afternoon. Leave by 6p, when it gets busy and less zen with tony pre-dinner crowds.
Excellent quality cocktails in salubrious but unpretentious surroundings. Try the Moonwalk cocktail originating from the 1969 recipe to celebrate the moon landing. Classy
Have a Maid in Cuba! Created by Tom Walker at The Savoy, London - Bacardi Superior, lime juice , mint , cucumber , splash of soda , absinthe rinse. I really like cucumber daiquiris and this is next level!
This bar where the first Manhattan was invented! But, it is not just about Manhattans as they service amazing cocktails . Also, try their cupcakes !
The cocktails were probably the high end of London prices but you can't fault the fabulous service and attention to detail. Cocktails were amazing to top it off.
Feels like you’re in a different decade!! Magical live jazz with piano and excellent cocktails !!
Classic bar , one of the most traditionalists in the world! Worth going and asking for drink
One of the best cocktail bars in the city . If you can find Luca at the bar , sit back, relax and follow your (and his) cocktail heart.
A must visit for any cocktail enthusiast. Come to the birthplace of so many iconic drinks, like the Hanky Panky!
The guys behind the bar are up there with the best of them and the menu is a like a cocktail history lesson, with many of the classics originating from the bar itself. Read more
Amazing cocktails in a classic hotel bar atmosphere. Not very experimental but the menu is a walk through the history of mixology .
The whisky sours and martinis were outstanding. Though curious getting used to drinking whisky from a flute rather than a tumbler
Craft cocktails at their finest. Go have fun with anything on or off the menu . You won't be disappointed.
All known cocktails are available here there's no need to stick to a menu. They are great but I prefer the Old Fashioned from The Ivy.
For being the number two bar in the world, I was expecting a little more. Good drinks and presentation but wanted a little more
Please, ask for Dominic Or Eric prepare you Antigua Plaza with Zacapa 23 is amazing!!!
Great cocktails in a nice setting.
Sitting at the bar and feeling like you have gone back to an era of fine service and true sophistication.
Classy spot for cocktails , can't really go wrong.
Cocktails are tasty and reasonably priced but the service is spotty and inattentive, the decor and atmosphere are unsophisticated, and people seem to be mostly underdressed tourists . Pass.
No booking needed, and smart-casual's fine. Just walk right on in and have one of the most relaxed cocktail-drinking experiences on earth.
Delightful atmosphere and phenomenal cocktails . Wonderful
Finally got to try Churchill's famous 'breakfast ' drink - the Corpse Reviver No. 2. Delicious, and highly recommended.
New Zealand red wine - Little Beauty and Cosmopolitans are lovely.
The Special Agent drink comes complete with bullet holes and blood spatter.
45 mins wait when the bar was half empty. Good drinks that came w lots of extra show. Bit too gimmicky but the drinks are actually not bad.
Beautifully made cocktails in the legendary Savoy Hotel . Expect to pay £18-20 average. Parts of the bar feel a bit underwhelming
Not as special as the main hotel bar but cheaper and more casual . Good fun and friendly service
Everything is perfect - don't order bloody peroni
Winner of "Best International Bar Team" in the Spirited Awards (July 2016)
Awesome! The environment and the cocktails !
Great place for a business meeting
Very relaxing, classy place to have an afternoon cocktail .
Great cocktails .. so much history @ the savoy
It’s overpriced and unfortunately plays into the super touristy aspect. One of our three drinks was okay but nothing special, especially when there are much better cocktail bars all over London.
If you decide to order a Sazerac , be careful not to accidentally end up with the one that costs £5,000.
Amazing cocktails , great service
good espresso in a hotel .. I was surpriced
With award-winning bartenders and a pianist playing American jazz standards, The American Bar sure is classy . Read more
Really enjoyed the Red Thames non-alcoholic Mocktail . Piano player was delightful
Awesome cocktails , but quite expensive
Great cocktails
Very classy place to take a date.
