Auguste Escoffier invented the Peach Melba at the Savoy Hotel in 1893, dessert of peaches , vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce . The Savoy Grill sometimes offers it in radically altered form.

Red wine glazed feather blade of beef , marrowbone, gremolata and crispy onions must try. Recommended for special occasions .

Gordon Ramsay’s Menu. The omelette as an appetizer was quite exceptional and tasty. The lobster soup was okay. The rib eye steak was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Very fancy and expensive

Very Good Service

Never been disappointed in the Savoy grill. Very good service , very attentive staff and good food. Table density is a little high though.

Kristina Pham

amazing shellfish bisque and foie gras for starters, beautiful juicy and tender sirloin steak and a succulent cooked to perfection lamb wellington for entrees, waiters have a sense a humour too :)

Barry Green

Food and service exceeded my expectations. Crab and Froi gra then gineau foul and porc. Wine supurb recommended by the glass for the main. Great cocktails to kick off with.

Yesim Guvezne

Beef wellington (medium well ) is excellent. There were 2 waiters serving us and we liked the authenticity and the elegant style of the restaurant .

Matthew Sheppard

The food is excellent but the quality and attentiveness of service has gone downhill since our last visit. Treat yourself to the chateaubriand - perfectly cooked meat perfection!

Kristina Pham

Amazing lamb Wellington, and everything else, but then again I worship the ground Gordon Ramsay walks on so I might be slightly biased

Fabienne HB

Fantastic lunch and great service. Try the millefeuille for dessert it's lovely

Josh Wood Productions

Often attended by producer Josh Wood for business meetings while in London. Savoy had lots of famous attendees over the years among them was Sir Winston Churchill.

Nisa Mazbar

The most exquisite Michelin Star restaurant . Best service ????

Russell Avery

The Tuesday roast special is amazing - roast pork with roast potatoes and green beans - some of the best crackling I've ever had!

Anne Law

A very nice experience overall. Although the sirloin steak was a tad tough it was cooked to perfection. Loved the desserts !!

Hui-ern Ng

Great food! Pictured is the duck breast . Excellent

Alzo Rocks

Great meal. Was a small error with the starter but made up for it 110% thank you Mark

Leonard Harvey

Good pre theatre menu. Also a la carte menu excellent really good food.

Andrew Smallwood

Great food and not too expensive . Ask for a tour of the kitchen. Amazing steak

Ramin Beheshti

Lovely settings and staff . Baked egg starter was delicious. Chateaubriand was a bit of a let down

Marcia Raed

The rib eye was juicy, and dessert was wonderful. Service was excellent!

Viorel Copolovici

Simply spot on, wonderful plates, great service. Thank you, Lucas and Gordon ;)

Brett Sessions

Amazing food and service is out of this world.

Jimmy Jokinen

4/5 just because of the timing for our dishes. Too hasty to get the customer out or then just super fast service which I didn't appreciate at the moment.

Jack

You get what you pay for. Best meal I've ever had in London (so far).

Thomas Knüwer

The interior design is beautiful, the rest is disappointing: food is not more than OK but overpriced, the service is abysmal. On a Saturday night you can watch lot of strange, newly rich groups.

Liz Terry

The fillet on the bone, kale with mushrooms and roasted root vegetables were all delicious. Great service and a beautiful room.

Oliver Shreeve

Steak ! More steak ! Enjoy your steak ! (And don't go here if you want a salad )

Carol C

Beef Wellington is amazing!

The tables for two near the entrance are like sitting in a cafeteria they are so close together. Ask for a table at the other end of the restaurant .

Elaine F.

When booking , tell them any food allergies you may have and they will accommodate. They served me gluten free bread !

Y Y

Steak place. Did not like the beef wellington

Alexander Nicholls

Steak with a free range egg on top is great to have with a glass of Pol Roger

The food was very good but it's not somewhere I'd imagine you'd return to.

Christian de Cico II

Beef Wellington is the worst food I ever tasted in my life! Service is horrible like the food, it’s just fancy and expensive , run away of this!

Bijan Young

Over fussy and pretentious service. Food not outstanding for Ramsay. And a daft price for what it is given quality & competition elsewhere.

Leave it for the tourists . Waiters at the Savoy Grill are so distracted they couldn't pick diners out of a police line-up. We gave it 2/5 stars. Read more
