Great location. Rooms are a bit worn (dirty walls, frayed fabric, etc), but still has decent amenities and comfortable rooms . Good soundproofing. Provides free mobile phone for guest use in each room.

Breakfast isn’t good as others said . They are the first millennium group in SG with Robotics in the lobby & breakfast area to fried our egg how cool ! Prepared to wait at least 10mins

Relax at the hotel 's nice poolarea (2nd floor). Take a walk by the riverside. Lots of good restaurants nearby. River taxi is nice way to hop on & hop off around the city 's sightseeings.

This hotel is located in the hotspot of the Singapore River , near to Clarke Quay and only offers Lots. It is quite an experience as one may have a spectacular view on the night Skyline of Singapore.

I loved the location of this hotel being able to run in Singapore early morning by the Singapore river and lot's of restaurants very close by. Great little coffee shop boutique within the hotel

Funky loft style rooms that break the monotony of a regular hotel . The style makes the room feel more spacious . Having a larger bathroom would have made it perfect. Would still recommend this hotel .

Very nice Loft concept well located, clean and well attended. Great swimming pool area and breakfast as well . Good price point. Cons: at least the room I got was some how old

Very clean , very central, close from everything, the pool is small great, nice gym area, and the staff is very friendly . Good spot for young travelers who like cool hotels , not to formal stuff !

Nice environment, comfort bed, delicious buffet breakfast , nice design of the room. But, it has a bit of inconvenient for the washroom & bathroom . I suggest it should be combine instead of separate.

Pleasant stay! The hotel smells so good from the reception to infront of your room.. The studio is for 3 pax. 1 queen bed on the lower floor and 1 single bed on the top floor..

Laundry costs a bomb. Google LaundryMat at Boon Keng Road and spend 3 hrs to get it done at reasonable prices. Service at Studio M is good. Living spaces suitable for singles NOT for families.

Love the concept and the loft-type rooms. Toilet and bath are separate. If you're afraid of tight spaces, their toilets and showers may not be for you.

Spacious and practical concept, with the study area separated into the loft area, it is really cosy and homely. Shower area can be increased though, feel rather cramped up taking the shower ..

Careful when u open to get the food. They tend to be either too tight (hard to open n close), or its too loose (end with a big banging sound).... The hotel shld do something about it....

Smoking floor on third. Old lady housekeeper that looks after that floor is super friendly and nice. If i do return, its because of her hospitality .

Stylish interior , good location, but in room there were lots of hair of the previous guests in the bed, water did not go in the sink , etc..

The room smelt dusty and damp. But they have good breakfast choices and they have a gym and pool.

Absolutely nice hotel , good location, but quality of breakfast needs improvement. I don't know what oil they use, but all fried meals have a smell and taste like they were cooked on motor oil.

Stayed one night and all over good value for the price inclusive a free upgrade. Awesome. The toilette could have been a tad bigger. Other than that ok. Cheers

Looks good in the first place but this place is run-down. They have a huge problem with the high humidity in the rooms, smell, flies and mould in the rooms.

Rooms are very small! Breakfast buffet only a little selection and is outside which is not fun in Singapore! What is really a shame is you can not take anywhere a shower when you fly out at night!!!!

I love the studio concept rooms. SOHO style apartment works anytime for me. Besides, lots of good food around. Only problem is the accessibility from the NEL.

good location, rooms are small but thats what's advertised and what you pay for. the loft concept is fun for a change from a traditional hotel room

$600 ringgits or $250++ sgd is what I paid for the room & although they said "upgrades to premium loft, looks d same like website only haha". Cozy place for price.

A sleek design hotel . Egg chairs and other objects of desire at the lobby and other public spaces. My room was not big but interesting. Bed was on mezzanine level. Small shower , no bathtub.

Ta-ke restaurant for buffet breakfast is simple & not elaborate so if ur busy & on the go, great. If on holiday n wanna eat? Go elsewhere.

Room is kind of small . It's a loft. Suitable for couple or single. Do not park overnight .. It's quite expensive limited lots

Do opt for the slightly more expensive premier loft with the bed located at the second level. More spacious and the tv 's just in front of the bed instead of the side.

Rooms smell bad here. Also wonder did anyone ever fall off the balcony area seems dangerous if u r tall. Really small bathrooms and shower . 3 star property at best. Nicer hotels nearby for same price

Clever design of rooms - great location.

Good riverwalk location but BAD experience. Check-in process was simply awful (30mns queue).Rooms are alright. No USB sockets.Privacy in the rooms is very questionable. Awful breakfast .
