Scampo at The Liberty Hotel

Besides serving pizzas , pastas , and suckling pig , Scampo at the Liberty Hotel is Lydia Shire 's current venue for showing off the kinds of whimsical breads she dreamed up years ago at Biba.

Buzzy Italian spot in the lobby of the Liberty is great for groups or if you just want some really solid Italian. Mozz and breads and pasta is unsurprisingly the focus

Trendy . Nice drinks, normal pours. Sexy young people. Great food menu. Full menu till 11 pizza menu till 12. Beef sticks and tunna tartar was awesome. They also have bacon and white clam pizza !

The thin-crust lobster pizza will transport you to a better world.

I am typically skeptical of hotel restaurants but Scampo is really great. Sit at the chefs bar - fun to watch them make your pizza ! Great vibe, even better food.

Be sure to sit at the mozzarella bar and watch the kitchen work their magic! They are a great staff and live to make new friends! It will make your dining experience that much more memorable.

The food here is high quality, inventive, and wildly tasty. Be sure to check out the gluten free menu too.

One of the best places to eat in Boston especially if you like Italian. Whole roasted baby lamb special is out of this world!

You could quite easily fill up on the delicious breads and mozzarella bar .. all the food we tried was great.

Yeah, the lobster pizza was the bomb, with a surprisingly generous amount of lobster . Garlic bread was good. Tandoori scallops also a hit.

One of the top 100 Italian restaurants very delicious garlic bread that is roasted over coals also the margarita pizza is delicious!

The beef is great..well all the dishes I have had here are great.

Sea bass and the calamari were both fantastic.

There is actually an equally good, if not better restaurant one floor up the Liberty hotel called Clink. Why Scampo is more popular, I will never know

They have a section on their menu dedicated solely to mozzarella . Enough said.

Fathers Day brunch at Scampo. Great. Excellent service . Creative menu. Wasn't sure about the lobster sausage ...but...excellent.

They have a pretty decent gluten free menu here
