Recommended: single Shackmeister burger and the cheesy fries . A double is too much if you get the cheesy fries , too. For dessert , the Paul Young Pretzel Pudding is amazing. Drink: try a 50:50.

The only fast food place I'd go if I was you. Expensive, but food is great and plenty of interesting drinks

Seems like this branch is new its seems to have a lot less people than the Covent garden branch, AMAZING shakes and concretes. Vanilla Malt shake is the best shake I've ever had

I love the Vegetarian : deep fried portobello mushroom and cheese . The service is pretty slow.

Yesterday we ordered some frat burgers and fries but eventually something went wrong. The order went wrong and the store manager gave is back all our money and we got the order for free

Don't bother with the chicken burger . Small quantity and not that tasty either. I would suggest the chicken burger from Meat Liquor

Small single burger , nothing special. Five Guys does burgers better with a similar experience. Byron does the burgers and the experience better for nearly the same price.

Expensive for the portion size, but it's tasty i'll give em that. The 50/50 iced tea/lemonade is tasty.

The choc shake was good (maybe not £5.25 good tho) but the rest was average. The 'Smoke Shack' burger had nothing going on... Bacon was flavourless. Fries warm not hot. I can't believe that was £15!!

Burgers here are massively overrated. Not bad, but go to Meat Mission, Honest Burgers , Bleecker St. or Byron instead.

Burgers are tasty, juicy and tender but regular size is small and very expensive for the size.

Disappointed, expensive for Portion size. Not much of a choice in burger combinations.I rate Five guys much better on choice combinations, portion size, value for money and taste

Burger was very small, plain, and mediocre at the level of £1 ready burgers from the supermarkets . I expected a proper burger , not overpriced fast food . MD or BK gives a better meal and cheaper.

The burger meat is good. But it's just nothing special unfortunately. Especially for the price.

Burgers are small and VERY overpriced, plenty of better places, GBK much better burgers and value
