Lustgarten

Lustgarten means Pleasure Garden , but in my opinion it's doubtful pleasure to be surrounded by crowds of tourists . Located in the middle of Museum Island , so you'll visit it at least once anyway.

Really nice park/plaza. Lots of ppl were just sitting and hanging out here. Very pretty. Great place for photos.

Lovely place to seat on the grass and observe best Berlin architecture masterpieces. The Berliner Dom, Museum Island and TV Tower are nearby, so it’s great place to take a rest after long walk.

The area in front of the Altes Museum and Berliner Dom is green, refreshing and offers picturesque views . Ongoing palace instruction rising on the area of destroyed Former DDR Parlament is a shame.

Beautiful garden surrounded by beautiful and historical places. Great view of the Dom and TV tower . Always busy in sunny days.

Lovely place to relax , but watch out for people asking if you speak English then giving you a card to read asking for money, and then properly begging with hands out! Just say you are Italian/Spanish!

Take a break. Sit on a bench and let the world go by. Lovely views of the Berlin Dom, the TV Tower and Museumsinsel. Walk across nearby Schlossbrücke with its lovely Schinkel statues .

One of the most beautiful cathedral I've ever seen! Stunning, astonishing, gorgeous.

A perfect place to wind down after visiting the museums and lie on the grass on a sunny afternoon.

Grab a coffee from the Dom Cafe and enjoy the people, sights, and views of a great Berlin park .

Good for reading and watching the sunset :) I was lucky to have some classic violin being played on the background.
