If you're feeling a bit hungry, go for a frappuccino . ;)And you have a lot of space here to sit down and rest. Not too loud as well .
The Union Square Starbucks has free wifi , but they've removed all of the power outlets due to the demand. If you need to get work done, come with a fully charged battery.
the third time I had my frappuccino , it wasn't as smooth as what it should be like in other branches do it such as in 42nd St. (by the Subway entrance & by CapitalOne) and Macy's.
Baristas are nice and friendly and always take the time to personalize the experience of $5 coffee
This Starbucks is super busy all the time. Big store but only one restroom , so always a long line . But you don't have to sit here, grab your coffee and take it across the street to Union Square park .
Love the baristas here. They're all friendly , accurate, and intelligent. I come here way too much.
Beware of your name written, even if it is shortcut as "V" :)
Share coffee with friends at the big table and watching the city through the glass front of the store is part of my saturday's routine
Conveyer belt line in am when busy, guy with headset asks your drink and it's pretty much done when you finish paying to expedite things.
Outlets gone now, yes. And their security is in full force on the "must buy" policy. People, a bagel is a buck. I've seen em call cops on non-customers.
8:30 am tap classes that require me to be alert and teach them...require grande mochas with xtra espresso...this location is quick to the point!! Love that!!
They hook you up with whipped cream on your frappuccinos ????
Pretty good seating. Beware of the sometimes rough crowds outside, especially later at night.
Get the table by the front window!
Great place to connect with friends and refuel oh yeah
It's a zoo and fairly poor layout but the multiple entry doors makes it easy in and out for those familiar.
Crowded and overrun with table squatters. Staff hardly ever cleans the bathroom and resorts to stating it is out of order than provide customers access. Would avoid this branch if you can.
Don't let the long lines discourage you. They move pretty fast!
Get the passionfruit tea ask/ add vanilla syrup and a couple of honey packs
It is a rare occasion to find a spot to sit down. This place is always busy!
Always crowded here but employees are always friendly .
Crazy wait for mobile order this afternoon- but staff was pleasant and hard working.
Creeper Central. But you still can't beat Sbux when they brew it well if the barista is competent.
Always way too crowded . People act like there isn't another Starbucks literally on the other side of the park .
People watching towards Union Park from the table seating, especially during the Saturday Farmer's Market at the park .
Very crowded and hard to navigate.
Cashier was really pleasant despite the gloomy weather!
don't come in the morning, 8-8:30. they have an employee radio in your order, and 75% chance they'll mess it all up or nobody actually makes it. insane.
Caramel cappuccino is awesome
Watch out for the bag robber he wears a blue baseball cap and is 6'2"
Iced lemon pound cake (and then get ready for a full week of coke zero...)
There are 3 sets of outlets in the back seating area.
The ambiance isn't the nicest.
BYOT (bring your own toilet paper) if you want to use the bathroom !
Let's try cold smoothie 's
Use the restroom next door at Panera, or the one at Barnes & Noble, instead.
Not a place to stop and use the restrooms . If you have to, make sure to ask how to get in. You need a combo.
Doesn't matter where you sit, there are no power outlets and wifi is extremely slow. Sit in window for good people watching however!
Nice spacious seating area and friendly staff !
Line after lunch is outta control. Come at non-peak hours.
Crazy packed Starbucks, yet somehow the staff is always, without fail, extremely slow.
They have one public restroom and the line is always long. Try the location on 15th & 3rd Ave for one with less foot-traffic
For not having to dose and pull their espresso shots , this place is slow at mid morning.
This is where the idea of free public Wi-Fi in NYC started on May 1, 2001 at the first NYCwireless meeting
A little slow on Saturday
People hogging all the outlets
Love that chai , what they do;)
Toilet code: 09540
If you spend too long in the bathroom , an employee will bang on the door to scare you into coming out, and then insult you. If this happens, tell the manager. She'll give you a free coffee .
Surprisingly empty at lunchtime during mondays
A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Always enjoy their New Orleans iced coffee & clean, minimalist, modern atmosphere. (But I do wish they had Wi-Fi.) - Will Harahan
Great new modern cafe in the neighborhood. A new favorite!! Highly recommend. Very friendly and great selection. - OJS
Great coffee and a bit of a hidden West Village gem. - Matthew Spector
Really cool vibe! Close to shops and coffeeshops! on weekends outside market place - Kujtesa M
Usually pretty busy on big releases but a nice theater non the less - N Martin
Always pleasant, staff is friendly and responsive. There are plenty of smaller bookstores and local bookstores nearby but for a specialized & very organized big box bookstore, it’s the answer✨ - AlAnoud A AlGhunaim
