Hotel Sacher is old-world opulence at its best (antique furniture ; oil paintings ; silk wall coverings). The first-floor Café Sacher has a glassed-in terrace that opens up during the summertime.
Red Bar is in the Sacher Hotel and excellent choice for lunch . Tafelspitzuppe soup and sacher tafelpitz as main dish is favorite. Strongly advised 👍
An icon of the Viennese quality! A visit at this hotel is a must. Relax in the lounge of it surrounded by incredible design. You can order a slice of the famous sachertorte .
Luxe spot to stay. Get yourself up to the spa and make sure your stay includes breakfast , it's a *very* good start to the day.
Antique-style furniture and classic art are paired with opulent marble bathrooms , pillow menus and racy bath-to-bedroom windows. Chocolate-scented toiletries are as heavenly as they sound. Read more
Hotel right next to Wiener Staatsoper. Try Original Sacher-Torte which for 175 years has been the most famous cake in the world! And dont forget to visit cosy Blaue bar ;)
Not only Sacher Torte - check out great cocktails in a superb atmosphere in the Blaue Bar . Make reservations in advance as this is a really small bar .
Very luxurious hotel in the heart of Vienna... Nice antique rooms.... spacious , very well decorated and the bathroom is as luxurious
Amazing interior, good traditional Sacher cake , but too expensive (7e slice) anyway, you should try it. 😊
The best Sacher (Original Recipe ), but because of its popularity in Vienna it will take some time till you sit down and eat one.
It is a 5 star hotel , but is best known as creator of the original Sacher-Torte! :) Actually my favorite of their baked goods is their dark dense chocolate rum cakes . More here: http://www.sacher.com
So crowded and touristic . You can eat/find more tasty bakery/choclate things etc. in Wien. Try small and non-touristic bakeries .
Cappuccino and sacher cake a must in Vienna
Sacher of course is amazing, also the Cafe Viennoise
The concierge will help with all… just ask all your questions. Perhaps book a private driving city tour for a few hours.
Fabulous in every way of the word....lunch in the Roter Bar is a must and an experienced to be remembered
The rooms were renovated in 2011 and are spectacular. The suites were done in 2005. Get a room, preferably overlooking the Albertina
It's a really beautiful place and the cake is delicious! I made a video, watch it if you're interested :) http://youtu.be/XG4KrQI8RTM Read more
Hands down the best hotel in town . I've stayed at many hotels here, but nothing compares to the Sacher.
As famous as it is, I wasn't crazy about the Sacher torte .... However the petit fours with cafe were perfect
The atmosphere is wonderful. Of course you gotta have a Sacher torte .
Traditional Viennese great central location u can walk everywhere from here
Try Sacher Torte . Its the best. Really different from others. Central location.
The bathroom same big as the bedroom.. Really nice & comfort room, love it :)
First place where I had to queue for a piece of cake ... Worth it!

Grand ornate rooms with undeniably the best showers of any 5-star hotel .
Sacher Torte is a must.Amazing view of the opera is a plus!:):)
The super famous cake . Good vibe.
Don‘t have an opinion about the hotel but I think the long queue for „Sacher Torte“ is worthwhile.
Skip the line . Go to the entrance for the smoking room. Most people don't smoke and the doors are open.
Has claim to inventing the Sacher Torte .
Always good.😀
The coffee is delicious and the sweets are a must!
Sacher cake is good but don't worth to wait too much
A classic but not perfect
