Clean hotel , good staff . Ambience is different and modern. It’s seconds away from resort world Birmingham. Rooms are small with no wardrobes or wine fridge but the room I had was opposite the pond .

Awkward venue, compared to Excel. Always have food and drink with you as prices are too high. Have comfortable shoes as you will walk a lot. - E Ngare
