Seriously delish ice cream ! Split scoop is ginormous - these guys are so generous. You can try as many flavors as you want before choosing. Lavender honey and salted caramel ripple is a WOW combo!

If you want to try multiple flavors without double scoops - get the split scoop ! Lots of awesome flavors - I recommend the "stumptown coffee & lovenuts" with the "sea salt & caramel ribbons"

Hands down the best and most inventive ice cream on the West Coast. Can’t go wrong with their regular Honey Lavender but I always try one of the new flavors as well .

Lines are unavoidable here but for good reason. Variety is key, so opt for a split scoop and try multiple favors. They are very generous and patient with samples so go wild. I like the salted caramel .

My favorite combo is the olive brittle and goat cheese with the chocolate gooey brownie ! But do check their limited edition flavors and try them as sometimes they’re great too!

So good vegan ice-cream. They have 4 or 5 different varieties. Must try. They have coconut milk based as well .

Taste all the flavors and take your time. You can't go wrong with the local ingredient collaborations or their tried and true tastes. Pro-tip: get the split scoop in a cone & tag team your taste buds.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Double fold vanilla tastes like actual vanilla bean . Choc gooey brownie , almond brittle, salted malted choc cookie dough , sea salt w/ caramel ribbons . Everything amazing.

Incredible selection of flavours. Go for the single scoop. It's massive and you can go half and half , so you can try more.

Salted caramel ribbon and stumptown coffee made a great combo. Staff was super friendly and basically forced samples on me, which I'm not mad about at all!

In order to try different flavors and not to have too much icecream , they have an option to divide one scoop into two different flavors as well .. waiting in the line is worth it :-)

So many creative flavors, this place is worth the wait and the service is friendly and efficient. You can test taste a lot of flavors before having to settle on one or two.

Some flavors are a bit salty. The chocolate brownie and double fold vanilla are solid go tos! Also you NEED the waffle cones in your life. Made fresh in front of you!

Be prepared to wait, but the ice cream is to die for. Just get the waffle cone , you know you want to. This is no time for health.

Have to have the waffle cone - freshly made and incredibly tasty. I had a split scoop of salted, malted choc chip cookie dough and the almond brittle. Both fab.

A bit of a line but very helpful servers who give you a taste of anything and don't rush you. The salted, malted cookie dough was fantastic. A single is big enough.

One scoop $4.50, split the scoop add 50c. Strawberry avocado sherbet and the coconut milk one flavored with mint chocolate whoopee pie

Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons is my #1. It’s not caramel-flavored, but instead a fresh salted cream base with thick, super salty caramel folded throughout. ????

Definitely try the olive goat cheese ice cream . It's not for everyone but the combo works surprisingly.

These guys made one of my favorite things better. The flavor taste way better than the name implies. Have not met a flavor I did not enjoy.

I liked the almond brittle and salted ganache but the dill pickle sorbet was a close second. Really refreshing and unusual.

Sure it's good. You'd think it was ice cream reinvented based on the raves here. But it's really just good ice cream with a couple of wacky flavors.
