Thoroughly impressed with the service attitude here. Staff are well-trained, and if you do flag up any problems to them, they really go out of their way to fix and make up for it.
Excellent breakfast . comfy beds . Would advise to keep extra bottles of water can get warm and thirsty due to room temp at night. Excellent shower bath facilities
Stayed here several times.Very quick check in,comfy beds & rooms.Free standard wifi in the rooms.Always my choice in Manchester for an overnight work trip
Lovely hotel parking is a bit of a pain though. But great location for eating out
Overall a pretty decent midmarket hotel . Elevators don't seem to have been serviced in forever so don't be surprised by a jerky ride.
Great location if you want a nice new central Manchester hotel that is not priced at silly rates.
Wonderful rooms with comfy beds . No WiFi in the rooms just the lobby, and bar very expensive . Pre-book breakfast to reduce cost.
Check out the Glasshouse Bar ! And if possible book a Club Room . It makes the stay really enjoyable
Paid wifi gives a significant boost in speed: ~4-5 mbps vs 0.5 mbps on free WiFi . £10 / 24 hours from first use and supports up to 4-6 devices.
Nice staff . Rooms are great. Zero complaints. Free wifi unless you need more speed then 10pounds for 24hr
If you are a Priority Club member, make sure room service knows (10% off!). If not, join! 10 points for every £.
Great staff & service
The weirdest chicken Caesar Salad I've ever had. Comes with bacon , sardines and chicken .
£5.50 for a pint! Walk down the street 100 yards to Printworks and take your choice of pubs .
The free internet is terrible. The club lounge internet option which has recently been taken away was reasonable, shame it's no longer an option. The blonde in the lounge makes up for this tho :D
There is no difference between normal room and club floor room only the lounge access with poor selection of drinks and snacks compare to other chain hotels
Seems the room service people get a bit upset when you open the door naked. Wear some clothes .
Pay for breakfast the evening before its £6 cheaper!
Try it if other places are full. Typically has rooms. Rooms ok. Soulless business hotel .
Aircon compressors on the roof make for a noisy night in top floor club rooms !
Bar service very slow. Beer VERY expensive (£5.50 for a pint) and to top it all off, there is now a £3.50 surcharge for using American Express.
Be aware: regardless of what any website or even the in house TV info service says, this hotel does NOT accept diners card. Might save yourself some embarrassment to know this in advance!
Wifi in rooms is ok on the free service if just browsing and email - no good for Skype.
Totally lovely in every way!
The hair dryer is probably in the last place you would usually look!
Try asking Gareth the bearded barman for a tomato juice - good fun
Wifi sucks not worth to upgrade, shame they don't have old fashion cable Internet to plug a own router on ;(
I just wish I could gave taken my bed home
The room has very poor lights... Reminds me of a steakhouse ....
지금껏 묵은 숙소 중 제일 안락하고 편안한 곳. 내일은 지성형님이 뛰시던 맨유구장으로ㅡ
