Mee Siam . Sign says “Laksa ” but regulars also enjoy their mee siam . Interesting flavours. They add coconut milk to lend a tinge of creaminess, although we can’t tell if they were freshly squeezed ones
The friendly boss claimed the coconut juice is freshly brewed so there is no sickening aftermath and there is scallops to brew the tasty soup . Trust not what I say, come and taste it yourself.
Besides laksa , visitors should also try the store’s signature mee siam (rice vermicelli in a sweet and sour gravy ), which incorporates fruit juice for enhanced flavour
The stall was closed on my visit on last Sunday noon time ! Hope to catch it next time !

The ingredients and coconut milk used is fresh but the overall taste of the laksa is bland, very bland actually.
Tau pok stewed in the curry gravy is heavenly. Will come back for more. - Bianca L
$6.50 for Prawn dumpling noodles with Soya Sauce chicken wing and charsiew. 4 dumplings! So big! They were ordinary. The charsiew was soft, CW very flavourful, and the noodles were ONE OF A KIND! BEST - Bernard Lim
Easy and good. Worth going because the TWO Michelin’s guide noodle places are right across from each other. - Juberish Gibberish
The noodles were just AWESOME. The pork balls are very flavourful! The flat fish was crispy, the pork intestines were mindblowing. The Teochew dumplings were very savoury and delicious. YOU NEED THIS! - Bernard Lim
