We had a reservation for 5 and were unexpectedly seated w/ another party of 3 at a round table . we were a bit surprised but ended up having an amazing time with new friends. Good food, great service.

Very nice traditional place , inside and outside. Beer is quite expensive , but excellent, esp the Dunkel . Food is reasonably priced, hearty and very good with huge portions

Amazing beer (Edelstof is the best one) and Bavarian cuisine . The place is huge but still getting a seat may be tricky. You may have to share the table with some other party.

It is a classical German food restaurant . You can go from traditional sausages to chicken and to pork knuckle . There is also weissbier . Prices are good.

Authentic and expensive , as it's mostly a touristic place now. Also the waiters are almost always sullen, and make faces if you are there just for a drink. The beer is good though, of course.

Kraut has stronger vinegar flavor than most places making it stand out. Platter was good and scary fast to the table.

Take a big beer and small plates of meatloaf , sausage , cheese to go with your pretzels !

For local bavarian taste, here is worth to try. Do not expect much. I tried pretzel & 3 sauces (the one w camembert ????????) mushroom soup , schnitzel . Average taste but nice to have local experience

Been to the restaurant 3times: it was fast, the waiters were sub-par(not unfriendly, but not friendly/welcoming, a little intrusive), the food is decent Bavarian cuisine at OK prices for Munich.

The portions are generous and the food is nice. You can be seated at a round table with other families

Ok I'm an American. Keg is wooden. The dude actually "taps" the keg . Seriously, that alone worth the trip in. Beer good too.

The food is as expected, but the staff try to cram as many people in as they can. You may end up sitting with another party if you aren’t clear that’s not what you want from the offset.

Care to be lectured by the waiter for not ordering food at the restaurant once it becomes obvious their service is so half-assed that it'll take 30m for you to get it? This is the place for you!

Both soups are too salty to eat. The best mulled wine I have ever had. Duck dish with cabbage is a success.
