Great hotel for business trips, rain or snow you are right at the airport , walk to the terminal in less then 5 minutes. This place has a great bar and lounge and a restaurant with great food

Fantastic, friendly staff . Nice rooms. A bit pricey , but if you need to be at the airport , it is a good place to stay. Restaurant food was outstanding and service matched that standard

Fastest checkin of any place I've ever stayed - huge plus given we were 2 hours late arriving at 1am and had a 6am flight out. Really nice, efficient staff .

Great hotel inside O’Hare Airport…easily accessible from all terminals. The staff is friendly , helpful and efficient. The bar/restaurant is superb with great food and drinks…try the calamari !!

Very convenient and reasonably priced considering you are at an airport location. Easy to get around using the connected subway.

The recliners are great. Room service runs about $50 and up. Very convenient for catching early morning flights .

Don't sit around in your room all day! Take the elevator down to the lower lobby and catch the CTA Blue Line to downtown Chicago. If time isn't on your side, be sure to hit up the pool area ! You pimp!

At and t Internet customers get free wifi by logging in to att wifi and using your at and t credentials. Gold and Diamond HHonors members also get free wifi as well .

Convenient location by the airport but rooms look dated and awful dirty looking carpet everywhere. Had to reject room w very noisy aircon. In-room dining comes in takeout containers. Slept well tho!

For those late night arrivals and early morning departures, a go to. Can't beat the roll out of bed and not worry about shuttle or taxi factor. HH perks a bonus.

Convenient ! Predictable - they have closes the concierge lounge however - - not having to drive to airport in am makes this place great -

Bring your own heater and blanket because they turned them off in these rooms and they are so cold! Be ready for a Luke warm shower to wake you up after your deep freeze.

Convenient hotel with access to the airport and subway. Found the price to be reasonable and the staff extremely helpful and friendly . Restaurant was slight disappointing.

Burger at the lobby restaurant is crap! Room’s heater was fukin auto-alpha go mode. Switched on for a minutrle, goes off for 5 minute and this cycle repeated for more than 12 hours i laid on bed WTF!

Great place to stay the night before an early international flight of the connection from home is too tight.

Great place, mid range cost (approx $130 after tax for me). Burger , tall of import and desert plus tip was $44. king size is awesome.

To get here from the airport , go to baggage claim and take escalator by the information desk. You'll go under the road and come up in the hotel check-in area.

Find abandoned airport carts on sidewalk. Fill with your luggage. Take to the Hilton. Reg price $4 each. If found abandoned $0 each.

Big place but the tunnel connecting you to the CTA & airport are invaluable.

This Hilton has so much potential... But the rooms are a bit tired & the beds should be replaced (super uncomfortable). The sports bar is over priced, $10.50 for an AB brand!?

Valet parking is $ 45/day and allows you to go in and out. Expensive but it's more convenient .

To access from terminal 5 exit the Airport Transit System at Terminal 2

Flight cancelled, was charged 400$ for room with no wifi . It's robbery taking advantage of stranded travelers. Room was mediocre at best. Shower sounded like it was going to blow up. Rooms outdated.

If only the people that run this hotel ran the airlines , the world would be a better place. Perfect place to seek refuge if your flight has been cancelled - super convenient .
