Great place to have your afternoon lunch break at with benches in the sun and shade. Some people watching , but also has a lot of pigeons around.
Benches to enjoy lunch or a coffee from the spots on Sullivan Street. Not exactly quiet , with lots of construction and sixth avenue nearby.
Running late. Just walking through today.
Before it started to rain!
Watch out for the Jack Russell's :-)
Part 2 In Between Work Shifts

In btw shifts. #PSSITA
No time to PSSITA today.
After work....
Just walking through.
No time to smoke!
Pretty much benches and concrete.
Used to be a nice place to enjoy my cigar before going to work.
Chillin' in between shifts (Again)
