Sanibel Beach

Beautiful turquoise blue water and white sand beach . Not the typical large Florida beach . It is quite narrow and intimist. My favorite beach in Florida.

More crowded than many beaches but a variety of shells to find in the surf and frequent dolphin appearances while you swim . Sea turtle nests are roped off. $2 an hour parking

The best shelling is 1.5 hours before and after low tide !

Very nice but wear something on your feet or the shells will get you!

Great low key beach . Pay for parking . You'll likely always see wildlife .

Time for some March Break beach fun? Sand can cause infection if it touches broken skin – make sure to watch out for cuts and scrapes.

Beautiful! Amazing place if you like sea shells .

The water is still like a pool, if you have a board them bring it to float calmly for hours. Not good for snorkeling , the water is cloudy , not very clear for fish watching.

Take your time collecting sea shells . If it's still alive..leave it.
