First restaurant we tried in Banff, the Royal with Cheese was amazing, great quality beef , best burger I've every had ........ well worth a try, service was spot on

Salmon was a perfect medium rare and the burger was top-notch. Large portions , great service and atmosphere. Music was loud , but didn't bother us.

Gnocchi with braise elk ribs served with a blueberry sauce of some kind that's just delicious. Skip the lobster mash .

I had the Gnocchi & Scallops - really great but only had like 3 scallops lol. Still great restaurant

The sides are great, notable standouts are the aspargus and the scalloped potatoes . Had the rib eye , was not disappointed.

Great food, ambience, and service - what more do you need!

For anyone visiting from Europe...as far as I can tell scallop potato = Dauphinoise potato

Lounge has great appetizers and rinks specials . I love the Calamari best in Banff! Oh don't forget the Chili wings

The ribeye is the best !

Try the Sandhill One, lovely red wine

Go for the chipotle top sirloin . You will not be disappointed

Great steak

Despite the music being too loud to hear the waiter or speak to your company, the menu isn't half bad. With that said, only get a filet mignon , rare.

Upstairs patio is great!

Don't eat at Saltlik

Aydin says rink specials are good. Who knew?

There doesn't appear to be any service in this place. 10 mins and not even a glass of water. Next!
