This is the standard (small) serving of nuts & ikan bilis
Unimpressed or came on the wrong day. 1pm weekday. Rice was undercooked, lacked fragrance. Fried chicken wing ($3.50 set) was disproportionately big but tasty. Paid $1 for a stir fried cabbage side
