This place screams France. Get the steak , pair it with a red wine , and pretend your on that trip to Paris that you've wanted to take. It's the closest you can get to France in NYC.

Lorraine S

Lovely French bistro ! Have brunch on the patio ! You get a delicious basket of pastries . Great cappucinos & the eggs Benny was delish. Make sure you get the homefries !

The Corcoran Group

Perfect for brunch , lunch or dinner , this French bistro has all the best classic dishes. Try the French onion soup , and the steak tartar with frites and finish with a chocolate soufflé .

John Kass

Trout was not good. Steak ah povire is great. French onion soup is the best. Sancerre is also amazing. Trout is like well done. Avoid that

Jason H.

Food is all really good. That said, bit of a snooty attitude and definitely becomes a place for "ladies who lunch " during the week.

heather pink

This is the most underated restarant in the city . The steak tartare is probably the best in the country . I've never had a bad meal here. Also, I've never had an issue with the servers being rude.

Kinjil Mathur

cute UES french bistro . classic dishes but with a non french only wine list . Sit outside.

Rebecca Plaine

Loved the laid back neighborhood feel . Very friendly staff .

Arturo

Lots of food for a reasonably priced pre fixe ($30). Here's a thumbsdown: for a big restaurant , there's 1 toilet in the men's room--incroyable!!

Ralph Meyer

Everything was very good, food, service and the restaurant .

Gabbie Chamorro

The short rib club and a glass of rose on a lazy Saturday afternoon.... Wonderful.

Chapin Collins

The lamb shank was excellent. So was our desert .

Katie Flynn

Whatever you do, get the duck l'orange and the chocolate mousse !!!

Filippa Edberg-Manuel

Fantastic tartare whether the french steak or the japanese tuna version

Bobby Treanor

Drink a lot of red wine and order the steak frites ! Did I mention you should drink a lot of red wine ?

Stephen Shapiro

It's perfectly fine; I just wish the food were as good as the restaurant looks.

Elbia Silva Gannoum

French onion soup was delicious. Service was not up to scratch sadly.

$9 for 2 single espressos at the counter top !!! First and last time for me - even if I'm French !! You thieves !

Gansevoort Hotel Group

The BEST Steak Tartare in town !

Lizzie Martin

Truly feels like Paris

Brian P

Nice decor, built to look like an old Paris cafe . Overpriced even for its location.

Andy Chapman

Burger = yum

Lauren Halstead

Steak tartare

Elbia Silva Gannoum

To stay...

BluePagoda

Best steak tartare

Tash Concepcion

The sliders are quite small and barely contain any hamburger meat. Get something else if you're hungry. Waste of money and highly overpriced for what you get.

BluePagoda

Great place for lunch

Xian Li

The steak is great

Elaine Deakers

Meh. Fancy brunch - just ok

Evan Orensten

Really unpleasant meal. Would not go back
