Big Sur

Big Sur is my all time favorite place. Definitely go to McWay Falls. On Coastal Highway 101, stop every chance you can to see the area from a different perspective. Breathtaking!

make sure you go on a clear day so you can see the ocean clearly. it's beautiful. stop now and then to enjoy the view and the fresh air

Must be one of the most spectacular places on earth. Mcway falls, bixby bridge and Pfeiffer beach are gorgeous. But no network connectivity in this area so male sure you plan everything in advance.

Definitely the best spot to stop on Highway 1 .. Don't miss to have a meal in one of the restaurants with ocean view ..

Amazing views that look like they cannot be real, but there they are on front of you just like in a dream. The day is especially magical if the sun is blaring on a clear day .

Traffic here can be hazardous. There are many turnouts that cars use to stop and take photos. Remember to use the turnouts if you are drive slower then the person behind you.

Stop at McWay Falls and Pfeiffer Beach . There's no cell service and the road is hidden so look at a map before you go!

The most beautiful place you will ever go. Make sure you hike Ewoldson Trail in Julia Pffeifer Burns! McWay Falls is not to be missed.

Go in May or early June for the best weather. When exploring Point Lobos find China Cove--the most picturesque scenery in the US.

The southbound drive is better. I drove northbound and found myself looking back over and over. Expect to stop every 3 minutes either way to take it all in!

Good spot for beginner campers, since shower and convenient store . Take coastal route on 1 to get there. It is pretty.
