Love this Hilton! I always stay here when in SF. Tower 3s renovated rooms are awesome. Reminiscent of a W standard room. Be sure and avoid walking into the Tenderloin after dark. Can be a bit sketch.
Ask for a room in Tower 1 that is an even number on a high floor beginning with 70 ie. 1-3370, you will get an amazing view of downtown, the water, and AT&T Park !
The bar is in the 45th floor great view , our check in was great, our renovating room was great, furniture was old, Nora, Elain from front desk where great, also David and Melvin Bartenders
Home to several conferences and conventions , including JavaOne, this Hotel has many amenities . Fantastic access to local landmarks , great restaurants , huge lobby for impromptu meetings, luxury rooms .
Extremely loud
The service was amazing, when I mentioned that I didn't feel safe going out front to smoke they upgraded me to a suite on 32nd floor Tower 1 with a balcony for free so I didn't have too!
Even if you don't have a car, be sure to check out the parking garage entrance. A typically boring space has been made very cool, and it's worth the few extra minutes to see it.
this lobby is POPPIN'... great place to do some people watchin'. always entertaining!
If you're looking for a quiet hotel , this one isn't for you (lots of families w/ kids) but it has a great central location and is a good jumping off point for your adventures in the rest of the city .
Make sure you are a Hilton Honors member to get better perks. Rooms are being renovated which is good. Staff is Amazing and very helpful.
KJ Landis is one the besy servers we have ever had. She works at Urban Cafe . The food was unbelievable great. I recommend the scallops
This place is always packed with people. I don’t know what they are all doing, but everyone’s just hanging out here all the time.
Just steps from storied SF neighborhoods , stay here and you’ll be at the center of it all. If you're looking to get some work done, rooms come with a work desk. FYI - free Wi-Fi is only in the lobby.
Incredible view of the Golden Gate Bridge from Tower 1. This is from the 44th floor.
North two blocks and west two blocks you'll find a darling little cafe in the Tendernob called "Farm:Table" that has become one of my favorites in the city . Really good coffee there.
If they try to sell you wifi , don't buy it. They'll then try to get you to sign up for some free membership where you get to use wifi free during your stay. Wifi is $40/day, which adds up!
Great location of the biggest hotel in the west coast. However, this is the only big here. Small bathroom , small gym , small pool...
Great location. Close to Union Square, around the corner from Curran theatre , and walking distance to any restaurant you want!
Fantastic city view from 46th floor, the restaurant . It's the top floor don't miss.
Try to get a room on the higher floor in tower 1. They have excellent views of the downtown and the Bay
Patti at the concierge desk is great! She will make sure to get you the best deals on tours and recommend really good food places! Very helpful! If only I could take her home to Mexico with me!
A great space for an awesome charity event ! All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
complimentary bottled water @ front desk (Hh program). Starbucks inside $2 more, exit the hotel then turn right-two starbucks in 2 blocks. Parking $50/day (unlimited access 24hr). Warm small pool.
Free water, all you can drink ... just turn on the tap in your bathroom . This is a hotel , not a resort . If you want good prices and friendly service , go outside and find them. You're in San Francisco!
Tulio is great! He is one of the team members minding the gym . He noticed I had a phone and no headphones and went and got me a pair. Proactive customer service!
Great location. Easy access to a lot of places. Get a high floor for a view . Pool is on the 16th floor.
The contemporary style rooms are okay, but the hotel itself is enormous and sort of feels like staying in an airport terminal . Not a big fan.
Town car to the airport is definitely worth it. Costs about as much as a cab, but so much more pleasant. Ask the bell desk to set you up.
Talk to Security Guards in white. They know some of the best kept secrets. Want to see the City Skyline? Talk to the guards . If there is nothing going on at the 46th Fl, the guards can give tour .
The view from the 47th floor is pretty awesome!
Great location, convenient to all the shopping and restaurants in the Union Square area!
Rooms are decent and so is location but the breakfast buffet is steep ($29) plus 15% gratuity on ALL checks. Walk a block or two and save! Probably the case with all San Fran hotels though.
Higher floors have a great view ! Urban Tavern is not that great, better places around the area. Make sure you stay in a Tower where the workout Room is!
Cable car stop is a couple blocks away for anything outside walking distance. Ask doorman for a towncar to the airport : $40 + tip is least expensive & a nice way to ride.
Cool oracle javaone event in Hilton and Moscone center. A lot of people, cool dishes and nice environment
This Hilton has eliminated the exec lounge for HHonors elite members and now for free breakfast you must wait in a huge Starbucks line in the lobby. Boo! Hilton Fin Dist better for biz travelers.
The breakfast buffet included in our family rate was worth it. But free wifi in the rooms would be a welcome addition in these times.
Huge complex with four towers rooms are clean
Great hotel spending time and money renovating rooms . The staff are super helpful. Would highly recommend.
It's the largest hotel on the West coast! Parking sucks and is pretty expensive , so I recommend taking public transit to get here.
Connect to hhonors to get free wifi in the lobby. You'll need to be a gold or diamond HHonors member to get complimentary in-room wifi though.
WiFi session from the lobby will continue in your room (and continue being free) if you keep the computer/device active.
The lobby has great docking stations although you won't get much work done because the people watching is off the hook!
Perfect event venue <3
Do not eat at the urban cafe unless you have a company's account if you walk out of the premises to your right ( Powell st ) you will found good places and half of the price enjoy your stay
Welcome to Inman Connect! Our tip: The lobby is the place to be. The columns have power outlets and the WiFi is free.
No free wifi , breakfast or any amenities . Bed like a rock. Honestly I'd take my chances with the Hampton Inn for much cheaper. Don't turn left when leaving this hotel . Best restaurants to the right.
Great hotel , pricy but it’s worth for the location and amenities
Great for conference and some excellent views from bar
Go to the 16th floor deck and hang out at the outdoor pool and jacuzzi , excellent for an afternoon of relaxation.
I had very good experience here !!! Very comfortable place with the best city view !!! 5 stars plus ! Highly recommended ❤️ - Marina Bochkariova
Heated pool. Pool on the 16th floor. Jacuzzi available. Towels provided. - Hard Rocker
The bar at the upper level is amazing, the view is great and wines are excellent. Very cool hotel with luxury and non luxury options. - Luis Javier Robles
A Perfect little comfort within everything you'll want to explore. With @starbucks to start my day I'll admit I loved this place.. - Wayniac DaManiac
I love the lobby bar. Huge and opulent plus great range of good wines - Tim
Lori's Diner is a must for a good old fashion American Breakfast. Try the Cable car breakfast on your 1st visit!????☕️???????????? - NJD ????????
Friendly team members, prompt service and clean facility. This is a nice spot to visit for coffee beak. - Bennett W Wong
