Awesome coffee esp soy latte . Also the blacberry plum muffin . Busy in the morn, Not many seats but cosy ambient, Plays chilled music .

A chill and quiet spot , perfect for studying and reading. Although the décor and menu are minimalistic, their coffee is brewed to absolute perfection. The baked goods went perfectly with our espresso .

My hot chocolate came with a heart, then mine melted... I tasted it and smiled. This was over a year ago and I still remember that hot chocolate . It was great.

Question is to get a great coffee before or after your workout in the park across the street. You might run into Al Kavadlo, famous bodyweight trainer .

One of my faves. Get a delicious iced coffee (and it's not just a cup of ice, mind you. They don't skimp) and go chill by the dog park in Tompkins = weekend hangover recovery

I love looking at the ever-rotating collection of art on the wall while waiting for a nine ounce. Great way to start a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Ninth street espresso sets the standard for espresso and pour over in Alphabet City . The Tompkins Sq Park location does not disappoint.

Not too thrilled with this spot. Got a lot of sass from the barista who then took my to go drink and started drinking it himself. Espresso was chalky. Great place if you're into pretentious baristas

Definitely one of the better cups of coffee in the hood. Not the most comfortable for work though.

Ninth Street it a staple and if you catch barista Kate, you'll get one of my favorite macchiatos .

Amazing iced coffee

Espresso is pretty good - 7.5/10. I went twice and the first time the barista was pretty unfriendly, but the second time he was actually a jerk to me. There's no ambience either.
