The hotel is made up of 3 warehouses (then known as godowns ), built in 1985 to support Singapore as a trading port . Before operating as a hotel , it was also a popular party club in the mid-80s

A good place for coffee with friends in a cozy hotel lobby. Price of coffee is cheaper than starbucks.

Convenience stores nearby. Find a store @ SPC, a 24-hr petrol/gas station across Havelock Rd. Cross the bridge to Watermark condo & find 2 stores: Eco Family Mart (9am-11pm daily) & 7-Eleven (24-hr)

Nice decor though having a river view on the ground floor doesn’t seem much of an upgrade as you lose privacy for having a large window which allows passerby to look in.

Beautifully designed. Tokyobikes are available for guests. Easy to cycle on the river .
