Great place for baked goods , don't get me wrong BUT once you see all the flies on their pastries in the summer, you can't really pick much up after that, unfortunately. That spoiled it all for me
This is the real deal! You just feel in the south of France . Levain french baguettes and real butter croissants . Try the Epi on week end, kind of fougasse with white ham and grain mustard . To die for!
Some truly tasty French classics here, love the Croquet Monsieur and Ham Roll. Desserts awesome and tons of the. They had Obama here before and it's impossible to forget it lol
For something unique, try "La Religieuse" (the nun), a pastry which is essentially a chocolate-iced, chocolate-filled donut , with a chocolate-filled cream puff stuck on top.
Great Bakery in a wonderful neighbourhood.I loved blueberry cookies and fruit tarte was amazing.
They sell Obama cookies but I would strongley suggest their fruit tart . It is awesome! The place itself has great food. Really cool place to have coffee and lunch !
Yes, yes they sell an "Obama" cookie (i.e. a maple leaf sugar cookie ). Start with that if u want, but have the Black Forest Danish . Nom nom!
Take my family here every time they visit Ottawa. Don't have places like this in Toronto.
The café eclair is excellent. Will be trying the beef bourguinon pie for dinner tomorrow.
Great bowls of coffee , but the breakfast is premade ( not to order) and a little dry.
Obama cookies !!
Good almond croissant but make sure to bring your Visa or Interac debit card or cash!
Worst egg tomatoes croissant I ever had. The tomatoes were bad and the entire thing mushy and flat. My moccacino had cinnamon in it that I never asked for. Go have breakfast anywhere else.
If the countergirl asks to warm it up. Do it. Tastes so much better!
I've never seen a pastry selection this huge!
Pastries are only so so, but they have spacious seating
Delicious breakfast pastries !
The best croissant in the whole world
Try the "Obama's cookie " !!
If you thought this was anything like the Moulin Rouge, you will be disappointed.
Great croissants and cappuccino .
Yum ++++ for the Mille-feuilles chantilly!
Olive Fougasse
8:22 on a Sunday - it's open

Screech machine meant to keep out birds gives the worst headache. If you can hear high pitches, stay away!
Best bread and pastries in the market .
Try an Obama cookie !
Croque-en-bouche!
Worst brioche ever!
Beautiful on the patio. The view is nice if you get a spot upstairs. Live music on Saturdays. I love the desserts! - Veronika
Best place to eat in Ottawa! Get the pulled chicken sandwich or the St Louis style ribs. Don't forget the corn bread! - K B
Beavertails were delicious and with a lot of topping, which I love. - Djanilson Martins
Great lunch spot. Have options to eat outside. They also have wonderful daily soups you shouldn't miss! - Jeff Hu
Coffee is good, mushroom patty is very good. And the diablo sauce is amazing. - Miss B
Gelato, crêpes and good coffee. What more could you ask for? How about a nice patio for sunny days? The popular Cajun Chicken crepe has a slight spice, but a sauce would have pushed it over the top - Metro News
Nice and clean. Went on a Monday morning, it was peacefully quiet :-) - Erwin Vanhecke
Aux Delices bakery has the best gingerbread you can find! It's so soft and they decorate it using shapes and icing. - Nakita Gomes
I come here so often! I love the set up, the atmosphere... It's just so cozy and welcoming. The staff is always kind and friendly. - Marina Chow
