Love this place- conveniently located right out of ACE subway station . More than avg # of sockets, staff is friendly & funny, timed the heat on my egg white spinach wrap better than any other sbux!

One of my favorite Starbucks. Unfortunately the seating they have now is not the greatest.. I don't order anything specific, but they usually make sure someone took it. No problems :)

I like the layout of this Starbucks & it seems to be less crowded than others. Great place for a work break or to get work done. Free wifi like the rest. You'll need a code for the restroom , though.

Baristas were especially careful to get our complicated orders correct and then super sweet when handing off finished drink! Pablo even said he'd redo if not perfect! Super service!

Great friendly team works here. Everyone knows your order by heart after you've ordered from them enough.

I never have problem here! The staff is very sweet to me and hooks it up with a free drink every once in a while. I don't ever wait that long, and they've never messed up. Maybe I'm lucky!

Thanks for the tip guys!! I ordered Caramel Soy Macchiato and got it with milk . Your tips made me double check...otherwise my lactose intolerant body would have suffered!

This is the only Starbucks I know that closes at midnight. Good for late night studying.

They removed all electric sockets... This Mother Freakers, bring EXTRA batteries, and write a complaint. At least off peak hours, i need to plug

There is more seating at the Starbucks just south of 14th at 8th street.

They've removed the benches to add more retail shelf space. Only stools now.

They FINALLY got it together here. I'm speechless. Most efficient Starbucks service ever.

By far the worst Starbucks in the US. Always a 10 minute wait for your drink. If you ask about your drink, all you get is a roll of the eyes.

The baristas are really nice and friendly .

Seems everyone agrees. The queeny baristas here will get your order wrong and roll their eyes when you try to correct them.

I worked for Starbucks for almost 4 years... WHY do none of the baristas in NYC know what a RED EYE is??

Yup. They screwed up my order twice.... Idiot baristas. And the A/C was on full blast on a day that didn't need it. Definitely not a "legendary service" experience.
