So much more interesting than I would've thought on the surface. The current owner travels all over and collects all sorts of really amazing things. Highly recommended

House is historic to Charleston... But the items inside are not. Its a museum of the current owners antique possessions from around the world. Impressive... But not relevant to Charleston.

If you like collector's museum you may like it. I think it does Not worth the price of the tour , there are other house museums that actually gives you the Charleston story.

We liked Fort Sumter, it was very educational. Try going the last boat of the day. They lower the American flag and the commentary is quite interesting. We also loved the boat ride back and forth. - Nancy Margolis
