Very nice modern hotel . Had a meeting room which was perfectly equipped. Room is perfect. Spacious , big shower with all amenities . Very happy with it and will be definitely back
Great hotel really fast wifi and amazing staff . Really close to baggage reclaim so really easy to get to. Limited menu but nice food.
10 hour layover involving flying into LGW at 8am and out of LHR later in the evening. Got an immediately available room, made it in time for the free breakfast , and the wifi is zippy. Will stay again.
There's a Starbucks just off reception if you prefer that to the Costa in the terminal building. I do, but then I'm biased :)
This is my preferred hotel at which to stay, when at Gatwick Airport . Staff are very friendly and rooms extremely comfortable . Free wifi and buffet breakfast included.
Excellent staff ; called to check our room was ok just after we'd arrived. Breakfast from 5am, which is great for our early morning flight.

Hotel was great, all amenities etc. However was disappointed with the breakfast . Hot breakfast not as good as the holiday inn .
