Great hotel with fabulous staff . Front desk, concierge and doormen (Erwing and Victor) are amazing. They can certainly be mentors for outstanding customer service!

Great service. & they were very friendly and efficient. The bed was amazing, I had so many things planned, & still found myself debating about getting out. Bathroom was huge! I really enjoyed my stay.

This location restored my faith in the brand. Typical Westin room with a large bathroom . Beautiful, quaint courtyard . Excellent customer service. I was even able to rent tennis shoes for a work out.

Pool was smaller than I thought it would be...really just made for laps. Room service breakfast is great! Cust Service is great. Great location, close to the metro.

I forgot my charging phone in my hasty departure from a bar creeper. The bartender caught my eye when I returned to retrieve it and walked me out in the other direction. AND she mixes a mean martini .

Location is very good. Rooms are big and OK. But I would not call it **** hotel . More like ***. And extra price for internet is outrageous.????

Removing the key from the power activator by the door sets the room temp to 64 degrees. Brrr

Restaurant is under staffed (at least during breakfast ) so staff spends most of its time bussing tables rather then waiting on patrons.

The service

Don't TOUCH the food on table. See sign they charge you if you MOVE it!! What a tricky dishonest way to over charge. Also charge $100 if you put anything in refrig. Shame on you Westin!!!!!!
