Easily the spot with the best views . It's constantly evolving through each day. Ample parking and not crowded even when tour buses come. Don't miss a stop here! Say hi to the wild chickens and cats

Military and locals are free! Make sure you bring your id! Also, don't wear hats, dresses , and anything that will go flying. It can get really windy . Wear appropriate shoes theres a nice walking trail

Nice scenic stop on a clear day. Read about the battle that happened here and the warriors Kamehameha forced off the cliffs.

We had to learn to visit this in the morning - in Feb & March it was usually raining in the afternoon - and yes, it is definitely on the windward side of Oahu..:)

There is a path at the lower side of the lookout that leads to the maunawili trail with nice vistas and waterfalls .

The parking attendant suggests (since there are no bathrooms ) going up a slightly cleared trail that can be accessed from the parking lot

Get a different perspective by going down the Old Pali Highway trail from the lower end of the lookout.
